Wedding Piper
Alasdair has piped at many weddings, such as here at The Loch Torridon Hotel voted the Hotel of the Year.
 In this picture Alasdair is piping the Bridal Party down to Ardtalla after the Bride had spent the previous night in the nearby cottage on the estate.
At this wedding there was a combination of both. Initially Piping for the wedding at Croik Church, Glencalvie, and then at the reception at nearby, romantic Carbisdale Castle.
 Taditionally the playing of the pipes marks the various stages of your wedding to provide the perfect atmosphere for your special day.
The Pipes can provide music for the following stages of your wedding:-
1. Pre-Ceremony - Piping your guests in or to their seats.
2. At the Ceremony for:-
a. The entrance of the Bride.
b. The signing of the Register.
c. The exit of the Bride and Groom.
3. During the taking of Photographs.
4. Welcoming guests to the Reception.
5. Piping the Bride and Groom to the Top Table.
6. To mark the cutting of the cake.
 Alasdair would be pleased to discuss with you which stages of the Ceremony and Reception you would wish him to play the Great Highland Bagpipe.
Alasdair can also discuss with you which particular tunes you would like to be played at the various stages of the Ceremony and reception.
Alasdair is also available to play at other family events and occasions.
Alasdair is based in Glasgow and the Highlands but is able to travel throughout Scotland.
